Hey guys. (A9L/A9P) I recently read somewhere that by removing/cutting wire #4 on the ECU plug you can effectively bypass the stock 6250rpm limiter....Is this true? After talking with my brother we got into what would this due to the tables that use the RPM signal?

no that is not true, #4 is the idm its serves 2 functions, 1> it gets grounded to let spark drop below base, 2> it provides feedback voltage so the ecu knows the coil if functional

do not cut it

just set the limiter to what you want it at
