i haven't a dissatisfied client as of yet, at least not that i know of, but then again im not a 'professional' tuner either, i have a full time job at the refinery and i only tune at max 15 vehicles a weekend and that only when i feel like it so i don't deal with as many people as the real professionals. The problem I ran into in the past with some tuners is that they like to target wot and not spend too much time on the low end and cruise portion of the tune. Too often I find that they get wot dialed in, get the car to start and idle and spend minimal time on the low end and cruise. Some prefer to get it close and rely on adaptives to bring it home for them. Different strokes for different folks I guess. This is exactly what I'm seeing with my new project car I bought. It supposedly has $1800 in tuning from a so called reputable shop but it bucks and kicks while cruising, stop and go traffic is the worst but WOT it runs like a champ. I was debating getting the SCT tune off of the flip chip but I am now going to start from scratch with the QuarterHorse. You would be much better off starting from scratch if thats the way she runs. You will be surprised with what you can do with the QH and BE.
