I don't know what's up with that datalog, but don't base datalog values off it it. There's not nearly enough reliable data in the log. Values are all over the place. Unless it just simply isn't possible, the best datalogs to run through EA are ones that contain the following:
- Idling
- Cruising at low, mid, and high RPMs (1000-4000 RPMs)
- Hard acceleration at low, mid and high RPMs but not WOTs
- If safe to do so, a few WOTs that range from 1500-4500+ RPMs
This log just looked like a few revs with no real engine load which gives a Slope window that looks like:

The only useful part of the log is a tiny little piece at the bottom of the screen that isn't near enough to be of much use. Here's the best I could make of that log and the subsequent values, but I wouldn't trust these values for anything:

Here's a log from Tom2769 that is much more typical of what "small" injector slope datalogs should look like:
