I am making progress with my surging idle, I did make the lolod fixes and it helped. Now if I leave it in gear coming to a stop and then depress the clutch at 1000 to 1200 rpm it will settle into idle at 850. If I just depress the clutch and put it in neutral at say 2500 the rpms drop like a rock to 400/500 rpm and then the surging starts.
Is there a scalar that would slow the rpm drop so it just smoothly decreases to 900 and then settles in at 850, my desired idle?

Do you have a VSS sensor on your setup? If so you can increase the minimum RPM for speeds above XX MPH (you can set that speed too). That is a main function of the vss sensor IIRC.
