I got the dongle from Clint for 2012 but when I go into BE it seems to work but it still says BE 2012 "Unregistered" at the top left. In addition, EA will not open any logs. The red LED on the dongle is lit and Windows is reporting that it is ready to use. Is there something I need to do when I insert the dongle to get 2012 and EA registered?

Here is a bit more info. When I load BE Windows 7 always asks if I want to allow this SW to make changes to the disk, and I get an error message saying "Class not registered". The red LED on the dongle goes out and when I exit BE it comes back on.

Just so I have a clearer picture of your symptoms, do you have the dongle already inserted when opening BE?

Yes. Actually I have tried it both ways and even rebooted and still have the same symptom.

Per Clint's instructions I removed BE and EA and their respective directories and reinstalled which then showed them as registered. Thanks Clint.
