I'm sure you guys are getting sick of us newbies introducing ourselves, but gotta do it! I'm about to order a Tweecer RT for my 'stang as I just acquired a nice Toshiba laptop and am finishing up a mass air conversion on the car. Are the RT's going to get gobbled up and unavailable at any point in the next month? Also, what format does the software come on, 3.5" floppy or CD-Rom? How many of you keep your laptop in the car and running all the time and does anyone have a particular method that they use to secure the laptop to the seat?

The laptop for the most part will stay in the seat, you can leave the laptop in the car till the battery dies. You can buy a cigarette adapter to run it all the time, but sooner or later it will become a distraction or seem unnecessary. The software is downloaded off the TwEECer website. You can do that now if you want to check it out while you are waiting to get your TwEECer. You can also look to see if you computer calibration is available for download.
