Clint,

Would it be possible to add a filter for ET so I can zoom in on just a portion of the log?

It's already there.

Ah, I knew that was coming as soon as I posted it. I'll look again.

D'oh, I keep forgetting about those little arrows (drop downs) with each of the filter elements.

As an addition to this: could we add the ability to exclude values or ranges? The existing filters work great in some cases but fall short in others. eg when I was using EVP for my LM1 and it hadn't warmed up yet I got a solid 10 AFR. So in this case I wouldn't want to exclude everything under 10 I wanted to only exclude values exactly 10. This example could be solved by using et filter but other times you may want to exclude an et range in the middle of the log.

So far, the filters have sufficed, but I agree there are times when I've wanted to filter a complex condition. For instance, when I was doing idle tuning, the idle status values are -1, 0, 1, and 2. I wanted to filter out 0, but keep the -1, 1, and 2. There was no way to do that since I couldn't place an INVERSE on the filter so instead of choosing the range of valid values, I might want to choose the range of invalid values...in my case 0 to 0 would've been filtered leaving the -1, 1, and 2 values.

But I've always been able to do what I needed to do without that. That doesn't mean it isn't a good feature request, it just means I wonder if there aren't other features that would make better use of his time?

I will look into it after I get my car back together. Right now I have a heater core that just went out. I have the dash lying on the garage floor. It sure is a pain in the A## doing a heater core on a Fox Body Mustang.

Ohhhh, been there and done that, Clint. I feel your pain. It's no wonder that some shops charge $700 to put in a $25 part. Good luck with that impossible to see bolt by the firewall.

The Rangers up to 94 were 15 minute jobs to replace the heater core. However in 95, the dash got redesigned and like the Foxes, you have to remove the entire dash to get to the heater core. Excellent job Ford...

It would not have been so hard if I did not have all kinds of custom stuff under the dash, DataQ, M250, All custom guages, A Pilar and so forth. Now that I have the dash out I am re wiring my custom stuff to have plugs and that they fit the locations where that dash can be removed easy. I actually had the dash out in about an hour, but it was hanging by all kinds of wires.

I just dont see whay Ford would designe it like this when they know that the heater cores are aluminum and that they degrade quick. Just plain stupid in my opinion. The worst thing is they kept it like this for 14 years after all the TSBs and recalls on them.

Yeah, but the Ford dealer will be happy to do it for you...for a small fee.
