I dont think there should be much of a diff between .98/99 and .95. I would set it around .95 to allow for heat or any thing else that may make it go over 1V. If you set it at .99 and things expand a bit it may push it over 1V, etc.

every car is a little diff, washers would have been a very bad idea IMO. If you were putting any kind of power down with washers I think you would have lost your driveshaft pretty easily.

Haha, I got a turbo 400 in my car now (95 Cobra). I got the car with a Fox T-5, Torched the input shaft on that tranny and dropped in a 3550 and it worked fine. I had a FMS Alum DS and no spacer for the 3550 and the t-5. In my 95 GT I had a Old TKO with the stock steel DS, no spacer. The new 500/600...

the point of the 1 to 1 on a regulator is to compensate for pressure conditions in the manifold. here is a example. with the engine pulling vaccum the fuel pressure doesnt need to be as high because the vaccum is "pulling" the fuel through the injectors therefore if you ran the same fuel pressure as...

Ok guys thanks for all of the help, Craig sent me his tune and it seemed to help. I did some datalogs with his tune and the reason it helped is because the car stayed in closed loop longer and it runs pretty good in closed loop. as soon as the car gets into open loop the A/F ratio hits the ground an...

I had a similiar issue when I started tweecing, and when the car would flood, the maf reading in calcon was pegged  and stayed pegged till I cycled the key.
it stays pretty stable for me

i'll try splitting the o2 sig tonight, yeah it spits out smoke when it extremely rich like that. I checked my rail pressure and it hold solid which tells me its not a stuck injector, also the car will run fine until the computer goes back into open loop then it gets trashed. The car wont run w/o the...

Man this thing is making me act like a 3 yr old that just got candy taken away from me. Here is a log I made, it begins with the car cold. At frame ~1625 it goes closed loop, runs pretty good too, all the way through closed loop then the mixture hits the roof a little before 3300 and it kicks back i...

Well I will get some datalogs tonight. One of the things I thought it could have been is that one of my o2's is disconnected and the computer was reading that O2 lean all of the time so it was dumping fuel into the motor, I have 1 o2 sensor and I have the Num of HEGO's set to "1" and I have all of t...

Cool, I think the issue is a bit deeper than the min PW since the car runs fine in open loop but that needed to be changed anyways. Can you please post/email me your tune since you have a Turbo CBAZA strategy car too.
Thanks, Tyler

95 Cobra + Turbo ... Oh Noes!

Man this car is driving me nuts, I am sure that my own ignorance about the Tweecer is the only problem. Here is whats happening. The car will start fine for the most part and drive pretty good until it reaches around 180F (Goes into Closed loop I imagine) then it just falls on its face. My A/F will ...

No VSS No Problem?

I just dropped a Turbo 400 in my car and I no longer have a VSS, car is running horrible and I am curious as to if this has anything to do with it. I did a few other things while the motor was out (just a freshen up) but it will run fine until it changes from the defaults and starts pulling values f...

Just installed Turbo, 42lb injectors, LMAF and Tweecer

I just got everything together and everything seems to be running well but I am having a problem with the car stalling after inital startup. I can start the car and it will idle fine, once I give it some gas the rpms will drop and it will die, I can be driving down the road and if I granny shift it,...
