You have the EEC out of the car and connected to the tweecer & pc/laptop? Do you have the bank count set to 1 and strategy set to A9L?? The A9L is a single bank processor and if the strategy is not set correctly, it is possible for it to display all zero's.

We will being selling these once we finish the RT support. That said, I need at least one (two if possible) person to purchase ...

I am not saying that there is no maf volts, it just is no longer called MAFV as in prior years. I did find MAF A/D counts (I think) but obviously that is another step and I am trying to keep the additional processing to a minimum.

Did you read the Getting Started PDF file that comes with 1.30Axx?? It (and the readme on the About Tab) list the strategy vs year/models and your 99 uses minimum 2 banks. If you only write 1 bank to your tweecer your fan and pump will come on and stay on.

I have not seen any other posts (that I remember) regarding the CDAN4 stuff, since A8. I use the CDAN4 stuff last weekend on a 97 TBird with a eaton SC on it and had no problems.

omillar, send me an email at info@tweecer.com and I will send you a slightly updated calcon.exe for you to try.

1998 and up no longer have MAFV register, but I did find the AD counts register for the voltage -- I cannot believe that Ford does not have even a temporary register for voltage. As for kg/hr, I tuned a 98 cobra two weeks ago and did not see any problems with it........dunno, but I will check on it....

It is calcon that has it wrong. We used to log the actual value for the fan state register which people could not really use in a spread sheet, so we filter it down to 1 or 0 now and have not updated it in the display.

Yes, but it is incomplete. The datalogging works, but not all of the registers have been defined. You have an LA3 in your Merkur? Did you build the payload, check the datalogging checkbox and then write tweecer?

Which version of the software are you using?

ignore any errors from the BDE, it was released in 97 or 98 and there were no 100gig drives available. It will not affect its operation. Install the BDE and then RT130A9.

To make a one size fits all (EEC's) we had to space the tweecer connector out some. The A9L's case is stamped, but he 94 and up EEC cases are cast and a bit over 1/4 of an inch thick back where the J3 port is. So a generic length on the connector was decided on. Good idea on the spacers.

My normal installs route the USB cable up over the back of the glovebox and the switch cable under the carpet to the console and come up through the ashtray.

We have ad customers remove the switch from the case and mount on a panel where the stereo would be. HTH.

Yes, it can be confusing -- many calls come in asking if we are the "TwEESer" company. We used to have a line specifying the pronounciation as "Tweaker", but I think I removed it.

Sorry. Read the TwEECer position that has the binary where you are trying to datalog from. Save it to a file and email it to me. When you read it from the TwEECer, it will have the payload in it and I can look at the file and make sure that the payload is being written correctly.

Tim,

Send me a zipped logfile and read your calibration back from the tweecer so it has the payload in it. Let me check and see wtf is up with this turd.
