Which part? Mike just ignored my request for my money back. Surprise surprise… But more importantly: He ignored Jon’s question about what he is going to do as far as his project is concerned. And I believe Ed’s idea about creating forums was blown off as well. This is what I meant about non-embracem...

heh.. I just turned my TwEECer off the other day to see how it would run.. Its a lot faster.. Of course its because I’m running 42's and with the meter recaled that much it wacks out the load which causes it to run a boatload of spark advance.. And my tunes are pulling spark because of the bl...

Somewhere in between there has to be a solution. I don't remember anyone asking for a software package, Yah it’s earlier in this thread. I think it would be the ideal setup. just a Documentation section of this board, like the one Raymond B has, so we can put together a list of all the scalar, tabl...

I am NOT willing to bet my livlihood and my family's well being on the opinion that it is "junk". FoMoCo would make mincemeat out of us and I am not up for such a battle. Interesting.. I must say that I hadn’t pondered the patent liability issues. I could see how publishing verbatim some internal ford document would be a problem. And how re-writing the document in a different fashion and publishing would be a problem.. Now if I figure out the EEC enough through tinke...

What I would like to see is Mike take the software end of the TwEECer open source. Release an API for the TwEECer hardware, and then we can get lots of programmers to work on the software. Not to mention we'd very quickly have versions for all kinds of hardware & OS combinations. Dave I think that ...

What do I need to change to make my car faster/run better?

There are no magic settings you can change in the computer to make more power. What the TwEECer allows you to do is change settings in the PCM. That’s it. If the stock settings don’t fit your engine because it is modified significantly which causes it to run sub-optimally. Then, changing those setti...

All the way to the right (clockwise) is the "off" position.
The other four positions are write-able for custom tunes.

Why doesn’t the datalogging work on my sn95 car?

There is a problem with the datalog payload in the RTupdate file. Either don’t install the rt update or get Mike Glover (mgglover@swbell.net) to send you the updated datalogging file.

How do I datalog on my car?

Edited to reflect suggestions: First of all you will need the TwEECer RT. Also be sure and check http://www.tweecer.com/ and make sure your processor is supported. Turn the switch (little black box with a knob) to one of the 4 write able positions. Start up Caledit Click on the "Input/Output" tab If...
