Re: X3Z Stock Electric Fan settings

Thanks! Couple of questions: 1. So with the EDFHP & HEDFHP fan switches set at "0" (stock setting) can I run a fan off the 41 pin or do I need these switch settings changed to "1"? 2. With these stock settings looks like the fan will kick on @ 242degF. What's the temp it will turn off (220 or 234 de...

X3Z Stock Electric Fan settings

Looking for the stock X3Z electric fan settings: 1. What temp does the fan come on? 2. What temp does the fan shut off? 3. Other speed settings related to electric fan operation? I don't have a tweecer or other tuner, just trying to use pin 41 of my X3Z computer to run an electric fan with the stock...

Removed unused wires from harness and now high idle

This is on a track car. This last winter I went thru the wiring harness and removed all the wiring that wasn't being used.

The car started right up but has a high idle of 1500 RPM?

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Rob

Was hoping I could use an Andersen Power Pipe, the 4" version.

Did you use 4" tubing from the meter to the throtle body?

Seems to be a common problem with 302 strokers.

Lot of good info here:

http://corner-carvers.com/forums/showth ... hlight=pcv

I purchased a 3/8" air compressor water separator from Lowe's and installed it on my new Holley EFI intake and plumbed the PVC hose to it.

You need to pull the USB connection to your computer also. It didn't work for me until I pulled the USB to the laptop. It must supply some power to the KAM.

I had the same problem, try this via a post Mike G. sent me on Yahoo tweecer group:

In the yahoo group tweecer look under files>software updates> for file A9LPL.DBF. Download this file to replace the one in your STKR>DATA folder.

This worked for me.

Good Luck, Happy Tuning!!

CalEdit RT Datalog Payloads and CalCon A/F Ratio

Why can't I select any RT Datalog payloads in CalEdit?

Also when I get my DIY_WBO2 unit done and connected via my EVP port will it show up on my CalCon A/F Display?

Thanks!!

X3Z Basic set-up

Mike,

Great product, it's made all the difference for my car with just the basic changes I have picked up on the Yahoo Tweecer group. I found a basic setup you posted under FAQ's for the ZOA (94-95). Would these apply to my X3Z 93' Cobra?

Thanks,

Rob
