Core Tuning has a direct flash package for 650 that will let you read, write, and log eec v , perhaps consider switching to an EEC V.

All v8 Mustangs are supported up till 2010 now with CoreTuning, Most V6 support up to 2010 as well.

Get together with another dealer that has a lab grade ECM like the AFM1600 or AFM1000, log both to verify accuracy of your hardware.

Not all vehicles will have full data-stream but several do. This data-stream is acquired through the eec iv test port.

full on screen graphical logging and playback, keep in mind log rate will be slower that utilizing be with qh.

can you give a link for that perfect tool? I've only found "obd-1 adapter", which don't do much beyond KOEO & KOER tests.

There are two things here:

1) Generally the equation is (V*2)+10= AFR

2) Through EVP you may have a voltage ground offset

Just buy a matco analyzer, can even datalog eec iv. Just an fyi, qh can show interesting things like in the case recently a shop checked maf voltage at 4 pin connector and eec connector was good however qh showed no signal input, replaced pcm issue resolved.

It should have the FEPS built in unless it was solely a datalogging cable. The software \should require a live web connection with account subscription...if not yo may hae a knock off....I can be reached at adam@popsracing.com
