Re: Moats and EEC Tuning Help
You should be able to just read the tune and save it to your desktop or file folder. Uploading is the same way you just did here on the forum.

Yes, you can post the tune here as an attachment if you have it saved or have access to it via the QH.

Re: Moates and EEC Tuning Help
What year wiring harness and style of transmission are you using? What is fuel pressure and timing set to? What size injectors and MAF meter? What is the current tune you are working with? Need more details on your combo.

Re: Updated GUFx def files available
The latest GUFx defs (v99) were sent to Clint and should be available on the eecanalyzer.net website. Let me know if there are any problems found with them. I've tried to keep a tally of all the things that change from version to version, but it's a LONG time since v98 released, I don't know that I...

Re: Boost Sensor for Tuning
Data Q is antiquated. Look into the Moates SuperLogger to log afr, boost, fuel press...etc etc... with gm 3 bar map sensor for boost and any 5 volt electric gauge sender for fuel pressure. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Universal-5-volt-Electric-Gauge-Meter-Sender-Oil-Fuel-Pressure-Sensor-100-psi/32353132...

Re: T-5 to AOD swap tune settings
I'm glad you were able to figure this out. I learned something here myself as well My nephew wants me to switch from my AOD to a manual, but I didn't realize there was more to it than just a parts swap. I'm fine with the AOD, but will keep this info in mind if I do change my mind. If you ever have ...

Re: T-5 to AOD swap tune settings
Thanks PDE, I searched the Tmoss Website and examined his documents and the 91-93 harness pinout which was very helpful. The issue I was experiencing with the aod in the car now (originally a t-5 car swapped to an aod) with the gufb/a9l, stick harness and o2 harness was that isflag was not respondin...

T-5 to AOD swap tune settings
I did a t-5 to aod swap on a factory 92 5-speed car with a9l. I kept everything wiring/harness ecm wise factory. Changed the stick pedals assembly to an aod pedal assembly. NSS and reverse lights work as intended. Car Idles, drives and runs fine with the a9l but I noticed isflag is stuck on 2 (neutr...

Have you checked the version of the strategy you are using to see if the database accidentally auto updated it to a version you weren't using before?

Re: Still solving "rough" idle
Ok good, im caught up now. Kamrfs will not start displaying until you put about 18 miles on the car if you have recently reset them or haven't been driving the car. The idle vacuum and fuel pressure vacuum i am discussing for my purpose is unrelated. Your idle vacuum reading will be a key indicator ...

Re: Still solving "rough" idle
My thoughts on the cylinder head valve spring seat pressure likes to be in the 300 range with aftermarket heads. Sounds like your measurement of 150 is low even with e7 heads and stock cam but ill look into those specs further. Your rocker adjustment sounds good for your pedestal mount rockers. Push...

Re: Still solving "rough" idle
How does the car idle with the vac line off the fpr? Have you tried a different fp gauge to confirm your fuel pressure setting? How did you set the lifter preload. I know you mentioned 0.025. With your heads the rockers should be tightened at operating temp 1/2 to 3/4 turn past zero lash before tigh...

Re: WB stoich, but HEGOs showing rich
I decided to start learning on my mostly stock engine in preparation for dialing in an HCI combo that will be going on the car during the winter. I forced open loop and turned adaptives off. I then got my MAF curve close with my stock 19lb injectors. I then installed the stock injectors from a frie...

It may be as simple as disabling dfso and mfasw which is lean cruise if you are using an a9l or a more aggressive x3z ecm.
