VSS vs OSS

Post by HaeYoo » Mon Apr 27, 2015 2:14 am

eecv 2000 lightning installed in my 68 bird, been looking for a way to force the pcm to read the OSS as the VSS, earlier models read the VSS off pin 58 but the later ones are reading through ABS... im missing something in the code to make 58 active. any ideas yall?

i don't understand what your trying to do, the ecu calculates vehicle speed based on the oss, the 4r100 requires a tss as well

vss is 33- and 58+ but a ground should work

oss is on pin 84

tss is on pin 59

heres the full pin out
