I've got a 98 Explorer-based NRT1 ecu that doesn't have an EGR input (the boss in the wiring harness isn't even drilled for the wire!).
Is there any other circuit I can plug into and log a 0-5V range? I'm running purely open loop so the O2 sensor spots are available, if they'll read that band? I can do the conversion to A/F in a spreadsheet post-logging, just need to know where I might best look to log a voltage?
Thanks!

Re: Wideband into EEC-V without EGR/EVP wiring?
the narrowband inputs are clipped so you wont be able to log through them unless you set the widebands range to report from 0 to 1 volt
the boss you refer to is just a plastic cap, you can pop it out with a pick no problem and drop a pin in there to wire up a wideband to it
even if your vehicle didn't come factory equipped with an egr valve position input theres a chance the input still functions and can be
enabled in the tune to log it for a wideband

The '98 Explorer 5.0 should have a DPFE sensor instead of an EGR position sensor, which will accept an analog input.
