Good morning everyone.
Spent one week by trying to start the FORD EXPLORER 4.0 V6 1994 engine with EEC-V.
All story is that the truck itself is FORD BRONCO 1987 and it had 3+ltr engine before fitted with EEC- IV.
But stock bronco engine, was damaged badly,
so I decided to sit in explorer 4.0 engine.
Engine is with all harness and other things. So what I cant do is to get ecu on ignition state to get spark injectors working and so on.
Can someone PLEASE check and tell me which pins are B+ and which pins IGN and fuel pump relay control
I checked google and could find some info but nothing seems to be working...
BTW, ECU is 100% working.
Thank you all !

Re: Ford Explorer 4.0 1994 EEC-V
94 should be EEC-IV.
As for the pinout, I can look around or check Alldata tomorrow.

Re: Ford Explorer 4.0 1994 EEC-V
I double checked its 1995. I connected everything now I got ignition and spark, but injectors not working. Can it be so because of not synchronized camshaft and crankshaft sensors that injectors not working?
Btw thank you for reply. And maybe someone know how to set camshaft sensor correctly? It has small glass and when you turn it you can see red marker inside.
Thank you

I know on the OBD2 2.3s it'll run without the cam sensor but that may be different with the V engines. If that's the case, then being out of sync would certainly cause triggering issues.orestas1500 wrote: ↑Mon Jan 25, 2021 1:22 pm I double checked its 1995. To be sure, double check that you have 12v to the injector red wire. Each injector should have it's own voltage source.
