Can't load ANY payload

Guys,
I have read all the payload posts and tried every sequence of powerup. I just can't make my RT take any payload.

Mike verified it as a functional RT when he updated it two months ago.

SYMPTOMS-- Within three seconds of program launch the datalog check box greys out. I can go to utility page and check whatever I want and I never get a "Payload" button that isn't greyed out. Any ideas?:idea: Change "strategy", "banks" or something?

FACTS-- 1.2B3, TwEECerRT, AOL3 (EECV), I/O page shows CRAJ0 strategy and AOL3 processor, win98, toshiba laptop

Ahhh!!! 1998 support was not distributed with 1.20B3 as we are just now getting useful logging from them. I will update you Sunday -- send me an email reminder or I will forget!!

So do you have an RT solution for the 98 AOL3 yet? It is hard to tune with no feedback. :? I'll take whatever you have... please.

I emailed you last night or this morning (more than 5 minutes have passed so I dont remember) with the files that you will need and where to save them. You should be good to go.

Mike,
It worked twice, as you said, not perfect but way ahead of nothing :) . Now I launch Calcon and I get "Invalid variant type conversion" error message. I click OK but the program does nothing. I tried a reinstall of the files you sent without any change. :?
