I'm a newbie here. I just got my Tweecer about 2 weeks ago. I have been studying this board and the yahoo group since. I still am in the dark on a lot of things and was hoping someone could answer a few questions. I am having trouble reading the EEC. From what I understand, reading the EEC gives you a base file to work from. After hooking everything up, switch to 5 position and turning the key to on and clicking "READ ECC" the fuel pump initializes and I hear some clicking. The message box says "EEC read complete". However I get nothing in the strategy or eec processor boxes at the bottom and no hex values are displayed to the right. My processor is a ZXA4. I also am not sure what the drop down menu that lists strategies is for. Why do you need to choose one when I thought you were trying to get one from the eec? Please help. I have lots of other questions but I'll save them for later. Thanks for any help.

Put it on position one and read it. Pos 5 is a kill position if I remember correctly and that might have an effect on it.
