How I got CalCon to work with my SN95...

Post by Don 95Vert » Wed May 28, 2003 8:52 pm

I downgraded (some will call it an upgrade...) from Windows ME to Window 98 SE. Works like a charm now-although the ECT values are still always 186.

It was a real treat, getting Win 98 on a Win ME computer WITHOUT a CD-ROM drive. We loaded Win 98 on another laptop with a CD, then swapped HDs-and because we didn't think to copy all the install files to the HD also, I had to copy individual system files from the CD off my main computer to the laptop via floppy, until I could get it on the network. That took 2 hours or so.... But it does work now!
