Unable to open TwEECer?

I was able to read and write a couple times this morning but in any position the TwEECer is refusing to cooperate. Any ideas?

91 GT, A9L 347, Vortech T trim, PMAS 95mm Velocity, Accufab 75mm T/B, Holley Systemax II upper and lower, custom grind cam, AFR 185 heads, Jesel 1.6 RR's, AFM/Bassani shorties, Dr. Gas catted X pipe, SLP Catback, Viper-spec T56, 3.55 gears.

Figured it out, just needed a reboot.
