mtssdk.ocx failed to register

Hi.
¿Somebody have the same problem?. I am installing the Software in a new laptop with USB Dongle.

Install Logworks 3
1990 Ford Ranger FLH2 conversion. Ford forged/dished pistons, Total Seal file-fit rings, Clevite rod and main bearings, Clevite cam bearings, IHI turbo, Siemens Deka 60lb/hr injectors, Ford slot MAF in custom 3" housing. Moates Quarterhorse with Binary Editor, using the PAAD6 database.

had the same issue.. its something to do with 32 bit windows. installing log works fixed it for me.

The mtssdk.ocx file can be registered using the 'regsvr32' tool in a command prompt window in administrator mode. Give the full path of the mtssdk.ocx file in double quotation marks, e.g.

regsvr32 "C:\Program Files (x86)\BinaryEditor2012\mtssdk.ocx"

sailorbob is correct.

To give a little background on this error. This OCX is an active X component that is used by Innovate Motorsports for their wide bands. If BE has a license for the Innovate hardware then it will look for the OCX file. If it is missing then you get the error. I will try to make this a better message in BE when this happens.

You can either register the OCX the way sailorbob mentioned or you can install the Innovate Logworks software which registered the OCX for you. Either way will work.
