So, I used Binary Editor and EA the other night with no issues and then the next night I went to go load my updated tune into my QH and BE wouldn't open. It wont even make it to the loading screen, I just get the windows blue spinning circle for about a second then nothing. So far I've set it to run as admin, opened windows 10 in safe mode, removed and reinstalled BE (a couple times), disabled windows defender (which is my only anti-virus) and tried compatibility mode. EA opens just fine, I would think if Windows 10 was trying to block it for some reason it would also block EA? I'm kind of at a loss here, not sure what else to try. Hopefully someone else has experienced this or something similar and has some ideas.

Update- did a complete reinstall of Windows10, BE began working again, next day same problem after several windows updates downloaded. Issue was found to be caused by Windows Defender thinking BE was a threat, added to exception list and all is well.
