Ford had two different methods of baffling the PCV and it's oil screen - a two piece and a large single piece baffle. When Ford went to the Chinese cast Cobra intake, it came with a two piece baffle. After getting complaints tha tthe baffle was passing too much oil, Ford started sending complaintants a large one piece baffle. This Word document contains a pattern so that you can make your own larger oil baffle if you like. I suggest you use Aluminum, but steel can be used too. To remove the old baffles, use a small chisel and hammer and work the chisel under the Ford rivet head and it will begin to twist out. Once it's high enough to grab with vice grips or water pump pliers, grab the head and twist it out counter clockwise. The hole is the right size to use a 1/4-20 tap in. Use loctite blue on the bolts/machine screws that you use. They will be about 1/2" in length and you must use a washer.
