Got this thing running after complete disassembly, paint and reassy, seems to run fine, just rich, did a datlog, and was watching wideband, lambse, and HEGO. Sensors seemed to track with what wideband showed, they're switching fine, but the one thing I've noticed is that while it's running rich at cruise, the KAM barely moves off 1, if at all. With other cars I've seen it show .95, or 1.10, this car is typically at 1, or maybe .99-.98, even though WB shows 11 at light cruise with 38 degrees of spark. I've looked through the tune and found nothing off from what my other cars have. Only thing I've got different on this is I'm running a Pro-M duo with two slot meters.
This car is a street car, but it will most likely spend more time at the track then cruising around, I've not encountered anything like this before, was curious what folks might think or suggest to check.

What are your short term fuel trims?
If you are running at constant 11:1 AFR, that means you are likely in open loop.
Long term fuel trims won't update if you are in open loop.
Also, if you are in open loop and your commanded AFR does not match your measured AFR, you need to dial in your fueling (injectors, MAF…etc)

Had a chance to drive this longer yesterday and I think it was just not being driven long enough after having the battery off. After I drove it for around 10 miles or so straight then it started really making corrections.
