Stock Tune. T4MO Car dies when going to closed loop.

I'm having a problem with my car. Just installed the QH and LC2 in my 94 Mustang GT. Stock T4M0 Tune and it starts fine and runs like stock for about 60 seconds then goes super rich and eventually cuts out and dies I believe it dies when it goes into closed loop. I uploaded the Tune I have downloaded and so you guys can check it out because I am lost as I have changed nothing to it but maybe it is a bad tune to begin with.

You are loading the stock tune with the QH? The identical tune that is already on the stock PCM? I guess that begs the question does the car act the same if you remove the QH? Any trouble codes stored?

if it richens up and dies when entering closed loop changes are the hegos are faulty and not switching causing it to dump fuel
