Anybody tuning 2008ish crown vics?

Looking for hw/sw suggestions to tune my 2008 crown vic pi. Closest set up to BE/TunerPro I found was SCT's Pro Racer software and then one of their flash programmers. A roughly 700 dollar investment. Others just let you mod select values, like axle ratio, tire size, CAI, etc.

The strategy according to ForScan is FCHG2P4
85GT, 302 w/Dart Windsor Jr heads, Crane 2030 equiv. Performer 5.0, 75mm TB, 88mm slot MAF, 34lbs injectors, BBK shorties, 5spd converted to 4R70W with Baumann controller, 9" rear w/3.25s
