I am currently working on putting a 5.0 from a 97 Explorer into a 20' Aluminum Jet boat. I would like to run the EEC-V ecm but am clueless about tuning it for a marine application. Any ideas how well this would run in a boat under constant load with the factory tune? Is there anyone (personal or business) that would take a crack at the tuning (and emissions/tranny removal from the ecm)? I guess I just need to know where to start here or if this project is a waste of time with my limited tuning experience.
