Anything about Ford EEC tuning. TwEECer and Moates questions dominate, but there's some SCT and OBD-II knowledge too.

Error code Injector Slope chart in EA

Post by MrsJones » Wed Sep 27, 2023 11:47 am

As an exercise this morning I tried to allow EA to analyze my injector slopes. Received "Error at 1.112". The detail tab said, Conversion from string "33.4727---" to type 'Single' is not valid. Those exact words! This number represents the low slope of my 30# injectors, of which I added 2% to the original value, to get to this number.

Also, from this error code there was an indication that a parameter was missing from the data log. The help file made me look for STFT and LTFT to add to my data log. The text of the help file says that LAMBSE and STFT are one in the same but displayed differently. Question here is, does EA take the difference into account? I don't seem to be able to find STFT or LTFT to list within my data log.

Any input will be appreciated.
