Identical Mass airflow curve

1997 Lincoln MKVIII 4.6L 80mm MAF sensor.
CDBA4K6 WWX2
1997 Mercury Mountaineer 5.0L 70mm MAF sensor.
CTBAFG6 JFX0
They both have identical mass airflow curve numbers. Is this an error? Has anybody else come across this situation?
