Looks like CalCon is displaying the ECT value for BOTH ACT and ECT for my attempts with an A9P (A9M) logging... The values are always the same and appropriate for ECT.
Interestingly enough when I use the 1.20b2 CalCon (with the 1.20b3 payload), I get different values as expected, which seem to be the correct ACT and ECT temps, but reversed (ECT is in the ACT slot).

I too had the same problem with my A9S way back in the day. Mike personally sent me some sort of "patch" after I had reported the issue. If I remember back to that event.. I think that I had to erase and copy in one of the smaller files in the CalCon package to make the data log correctly.

This was a post you made that got "lost" in a hidden forum on this site. One of the members expressed an interest in having anything that looked useful pulled out. But there wasn't much value in them especially in posts as old as these. LOTS has been done and learned since 5 years ago. But sadly CalEdit hasn't changed hardly at all.
To bring you up to speed, we have a replacement for CalEdit/CalCon called BinaryEditor written by another member on the forum. It can write and datalog from the TwEECer and its definition files and tune files are not proprietary. A new development in BE is that it can now write to Moates chips too. So people that get their tune solid on the TwEECer can use the same software they tuned with to download/write their tune to a Moates chip and sell the TwEECer to recoupe some of that cost...all without having to deal with multiple softwares.
