Anyone have handy the MAF pin layout?

Wanted to do some bench measurements. Does anyone have handly the pin layput for the MAF. Which two are the 12v feed and which two are the output?

Not much help here, Chris but I do know that of the 6 pins the 2 outer ones are not connected to anything. After that you need to use a voltmeter and check in the car.
