I just wanted to share my experience with the group. My car caught on fire and my qh plug got melted a bit. So I sent it back for repairs, figuring they could replace the plug for under 50$. I get an email with a tracking number and no bill. I figured it was ruined so they didn't work on it. Opened up the box to find a brand new board, and a handwritten note. I am so glad I went with this product instead of a big name company. Thanks Guys I appreciate it!!

Very cool! I recommend the Q/H whenever I can slip it into a conversation, and that's simply for the capabilities it offers. Your post shows that the people behind it deserve that praise without a doubt.
