Want to give a heads-up that I just obtained these and will be scanning and making available when I am able.
The wiring wiring guidelines are not that interesting but give guidance about how to build a wiring harness for the EEC. Since it's a binder it will be very easy to scan.
The pocket ref is more interesting but I can't think of a way to scan it without destroying it (like cutting the binding off). If anyone has any ideas, let me know. Maybe a setup like what Google uses to digitize books, but I don't know how to build something like that in a reasonable amount of time at home.

Well done on finding more scarce info.
Looking forward to seeing them.
How about using a high megapixel DSLR to take raw images of the pages. Only need to open 90 degrees.

I did some research on DIY book scanning and came across these two very doable projects:
Book Shooter MK V:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FZcYIXseXkg
Easy Book Scanner:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ne-h7FTMZBk
https://www.instructables.com/Book-Scan ... ages-an-h/
The book shooter is remarkable simple and I could easily build that in a day with almost all parts on-hand, but people say that the lighting is uneven and it's very difficult to improve. On the other hand this pocket guide is so small that the gradient across it might not be significant. Maybe I'll just build it and give it a try.

Phone camera and flash would give uneven lighting. Partly because of the flash and partly due to lens characteristics. Adding lighting from the bottom of the box would help.
The other issue will be reflection from the glass or acrylic. Optical glass would help that, but at more cost.
