8065 Opcode 0xE6

Has anyone figured out what the 8065 opcode 0xE6 does? According to Chapter 11 page 1 and table A-2 in the Software Manual it should behave the same as opcode 0xE7 (JUMP) but this use may be redefined in future versions of the 8065 and warnings are given about undesirable operations when using it.

As I have got a nonsensical jump to 0x81982 at line 0x8D948 in a CDAN4 disassembly when it is used this way I'm wondering if it does not behave as a jump. That said, it could just be that I have messed up the disassembly elsewhere and the 0xE6 is not the start of a line...

Problem sorted, the code is not using a 0xE6 opcode. I had an errant 'code' directive in my .dir file that was causing an error in the disassembly.
