Updated GDrive EEC resource folder link

Google in their infinite wisdom decided to change permissions and the way shared folders work, so anyone that now tries to access any of the files in the shared folder have to request access for that file. I have updated the link in my signature so that shouldn't happen anymore. I have been getting a few emails from Google about people requesting access to stuff in there. I hope this fixes it, but if not would someone let me know they can't so I can do a deep dive to see if there is another way to fix this.
