Installing the TwEECer in 01 Cobra >>

Post by slowbra » Fri Oct 18, 2002 9:40 am

I posted this on the yahoo groups, but we will try it again to break in the new forums!

I see how the guy recommends you get the plastic EEC cradle out, but is there an easier way to get the upper screw out than to take apart your dash? I was confused if it was just the glovebox removal or something else.

If not, I'll be just working on just using zip ties :)

I too debated over this. I just ended up stuffing it in there and have never looked back :). No problems...and its not like anyone sees how ugly it is stuffed in there...

Raymond,

I haven't gotten it all put back together yet.. It's still on jack stands in the garage..

I hope to have it up and running shortly.. I've been tinkering with the files, but the EEC is still on the floorboard. Probably, I'll just slap it in and ziptie it.

I'm glad to be back to the tuning!! OH YA! I'm sure a million questions will follow.
