It is completely free, written in PHP. You can get it from here. As for the setup, that depends on how good you are with databases and configuring software to connect to them. It's relatively simple compared to a lot of other software out there, but then again if you aren't familiar with installing software like this it might be a little difficult.

I just got done installing one, so I know what a pain they are to do. This one's really cute though. I'm jealous.

I went with Invision Board on my web-site :wink: It offers things similar to Vbullitin. It to is free to use and install, check it out here www.invisionboard.com if you are interested :D
