big fuel pump problems

has anybody experienced what appears to be a leaning out through the curve after changing to a big aeromotive 340L in tank pump? it seams to appear after an hour of driving. idle pressure is still 38lbs.
94 Cobra,stock cam w/1.7 rockers,forged internals neutral balance 9-1 comp. ported lower intake 70 mm HP single turbo kit @ 9 lb , blowing through full mufflers, 05 slot HPX 3"tube blow through, Glenns Performance 1000HP system w/ twin 255 Walbros, 60 lb Siemens injectors, Mcloed RXT twin disc, T56 Magum 6 spd, 3.08 gear ,T4MO.BEB from Pops Racing w/ quarter horse, BE/EA, AEM wide band, and boost gauge.MSD6, Qdata , ECT

idle pressure shouldnt fluctuate

if nothing changed but the pump i would suspect the fuel is getting heated

you seem to have a basic setup, why not use a 255 pump?

I ran out of duty cycle with the 255 walbro that i had, I am doing some TEST to determine if its the pump heating the fuel.

I have seen reports where the aeromotive 340L pump draws so much current it starts melting wiring and connectors. Did you upgrade your wiring?
I am also surprised a 255L pump was not enough for your combo.

oh yea, i have a 30amp separate relay to prevent any extra trouble. anybody got an old race fuel lines and rails laying around ??
