This is a new install. I've tried two computers. One with W11. One with W10. No known errors any where. The Log file just says "Started" and gives the time. Both computers will boot BE without the Dongle and boot unregistered. Both computers with the Dongle installed will boot to the Splash screen and the the application terminates with no messages and nothing in Task Manager.
The Following files were installed:
Setup.msi From Core Tuning
vcredist_x64.exe
AccessDatabaseEngine.exe
Acrordrx642400220759_en_US.exe
CDM v2.12.16 WHQL Certified.zip ftdiport.inf and ftdibus.inf Installed from this zip file
ndp472-kb4054531-web.exe NOT REQUIRED. Already resident both machines.
Logworks3Setup.exe installed to eliminate "mtssdk.ocx not registering" error after all other software was installed.
Just guessing, but seems like missing software or a bad dongle.
I do not have EECAnalyzer.
Thanks for looking at this. I have a previous license with BE 5.112 running on an old Vista Laptop.

Having a dongle license and a software license on the same machine will cause issues like you describe. Apart from that, contact core or Clint.
