I had the same problem on win2k, I just had to reinstall the Borland db engine.
1995 GT, PTK t64 turbo system, AODE, Tweecer r/t, j4j1 with tranny functions added, 42lb. injectors, pro-m 80.

Best time: 11.44 at 123
