ECC Harness compatability

I was wondering if the ECCIV harness from a 93 can be used with the 94/95 ecu's

63 falcon hardtop, FMS B50 crate motor, Y303 Heads, B303 Cam,TFS Street Intake, 65mm BBK TB, 70mm Cobra MAF, 24# injectors, Hedman shorty headers, AOD Trans, and a9p. Will be the daily driver.

The pinouts for the harness at the 60 pin connector changed after the
'93 model year. In '94 Ford changed the pinout to add electronic transmission control etc. Along with other changes. I suggest taking a look at this website to see what some of the difference are between them..... ( www.fordfuelinjection.com ).

would there be any advantages to using the newer ecu vs. my a9p?
