i followed all theses steps
"first open up BE

up top click on open then go to strategy, open your strategy
then click on open again and open your current tune

then go to the datalogging tab up top between 'tuner' and 'dashboard #1'

if you have a QH put a check in every single payload on the left hand side except n_byte, be sure you scroll down and select them all

on the right hand side there's a blue disc icon, when you pause the mouse over it says 'save payload' click it and name it ALL

right below that put a check in the box next to enable

then click the 'location' button and be sure you remember where you save it, this is where your datalogs will be saved to

now click on 'dashboard #1' and plug the USB cable in for the QH

wait 5 seconds for the QH to initiate and then once the green led is illuminated at the bottom right wait another 5 seconds then click the green arrow that says 'start' either up top or to the bottom right of the dashboard

no pics this is pretty straight forward
if you don't know what strategy your ecu uses you can search by typing in your catch code, if that returns 0 results post a thread about it and some one will chime in"
exept the "n_byte" could not find it.. everything seemed ok exept the rpm stayed on 0 the whole time.. also whe i treid to open the log it did not let me.. it said the filters removed all rows i have no filters enabled.. i tried diffrent logs none open.. tried one filter for the act still nothing showed.. not sure what im doing wrong..

Seems like you select a diferent mode other than stock. Go to hardware > quarterhorse config > select the option that isnt mode0. (for me it is mode4:(2) four bank tunes)

Not 100%, I can't test for you either because I have parts on the car that aren't stock

I had the same problem initially and I think this is what I was told to do to solve it.

Try opening it in windows excel to make sure the log isn't empty..if its not then it should open..this is what Clint told me when I was having the same issue

opened it as a spreadsheet but all that came up were the names of the things i had checked on the payload nothing else

ok that fixed some of it.. i had it on mode one switch to mode 2 wrote it on tue 2 and deleted everything else.. now im showing alot more in the dashboard but i cant open anything on eec anylizer.. tried the spread sheet but it still blank

No I did not.. Is there anything I have to do to it??

With Dashbord #1 open double click your rpm box and see if there is a capital N as the
payload tag name, this might fix the rpm problem.

switching modes fixed that.. theonlything now is when i try to open my datalog in EECA it says filter have cleared all rows but i have no filters enabled. i think my datalogs are blank.. i try to open them in a spread sheet but oly thing that came up was the things i checked on the payload

Might have to do with the xml files that need deleted.

that souns exacly like whats happenin with me but i open the config folder there is no xml files there is some but its on the BE folder im not sure i should delete those..

I was also thinking, is the tune that is loaded onto your QH the same tune that your using now? I save mine often under different names, and I am pretty sure I can't datalog unless the tune that is in the QH is the same tune that I have loaded.

ok it shows i believe to be logging the et numbers keep going up..no matter how long i log tho my file stays the same size of 2kb.. i only have one tune.. not sure which chart are to open it in.. i dont see anywere in be to open it in
