Im just curious, does anyone have a problem with this forum losing your message if you submit it and it doesnt go through?
Ive had this happen on my mobile, work pc, laptop, and even public computers, this seems to be the only forum that does it, every other one i frequent i can simply press back and re submit it no problem, on here if it fails and i go back its gone, very frustrsting as i just lost a well thought out and detailed reply which isnt too common since i get right to the point and keep going
Any chance the server settings are causing this ? Can it be fixed?

Re: why does forum erase temp data ?
I don't know if it's a server issue or what. But I use Firefox so that if this happens, I can hit the back-button and all my text is still there.
IE won't do that. You loose everything you typed...or at least the last time I used IE, it did. I can't stand IE as a browser for reasons like that.
I think Chrome does this for you too, but I'm not 100% on that.

I use FF on my Kindle Fire, which runs an Amazon variant of Android. So I'm sure FF is available on your droid.
Although as it relates to this issue, I don't know if hitting the back-button after a failure to commit gets you your typed text back on FF with Android.
