Hi folks, I can't seem to resize the text size in a couple of my digital gauges when datalogging- I recently added a couple (dashpot and battery volts) and for some reason the text numbers in those boxes are huge, and don't really fit onto the gauge "box". I searched this but only saw some info from back in 2008 when BE was in version 2 and it didn't look at all like what I have now (2012).
Sorry if this is a dumb question, but any info on this?

You used to be able to click on settings and dashboard to change the font and size and what not. I messed with it this morning and I can change the font but not the size for some reason.

Edit: I just noticed that the digital gauges font size cant be changed but the analog and led gauge fonts can be changed.

Yeah it kind of sucks because a couple of my read outs are too big for me to see them in the boxes. No biggie because I can obviously read the datalog but it would be nice to see the real time numbers as well. I'm not sure why these two ended up like that either.

The font auto sizes to the box size. If you want to change the size of the box put the dashboard into edit mode and then click on the gauge you want to edit which will highlight it in yellow. You can now move and size the gauge. Use the mouse and the ctrl key. Then finally save and lock the dashboard.

The font for the gauge auto sizes but its the display name within the gauge that is not adjustable.

I just added the ability to change the font size per gauge.
Digital and LED gauges use a parameter called Font Size
Analog Gauges use a parameter called Font Size Multiplier. This is because there is a lot of different font sizes on an analog gauge.
Bar Graphs do not have a font size as of yet

I did not push the update yet. It is on the web though. If you want to get it simply delete your "Binary Editor.exe" and the "Binary Editor.exe.config" and run the web Update and it will download both files. Make sure to get both files or it will not work.

I have a list already started. For example I now have an ET filter on the mapping tools for both the 3d and 2d mapping tools.
