Ok well lets see...first things first, are there any questions you have about the admin functions? I haven't noticed any changes to the board so I am not sure you messed with it much. If you want, I can handle the admin part of it for you, just tell me what you want exactly. Do you like how the forums are arranged? Any additions etc you want?

Secondly, we can keep the forum site name under what it is now, or whoever you have your domain hosted at could give us a virtual host and point it to the ip of this webserver (ex: forums.tweecer.com).

Maybe we should talk in person? Maybe I could show you some of the admin functions or somesuch? This weekend would be a bit busy for me, if you like I could drop by on Thursday in the afternoon or something though. I would be able to drop by at about 5pm or so...

Jon,

I went through the admin index last week and understand what most things control -- though I will have some questions regarding precedent with groups and moderators.

One VERY important thing that I need is to flat out gaurantee that no one -- including you -- has access to the re-sellers forum. This is for those that I do business with ONLY and I need to be the exclusive "moderator/admin" for that forum.

Look over what I have done to this point -- I have NOT delved into the user admin at all and only touched on the group admin. I am going to invite a couple of guys to be moderators and will do some more adjustments once I have replies from these guys.

Thursday would be fine and you are invited to have dinner with us if you can....

I could deal with dinner ;). Would 5pm be ok for me to come by? As far as limiting access to certain forums, easily done as I am sure you have seen. The truth is however that me being the administrator at this ISP I have the root passwords/access and such to all information on all servers under my control. Now, I can sign a waver/contract and/or promise/swear to not view the forums you don't want me to see (or divulge its information to others), but its up to you whether you wish to trush me or not. Just FYI whoever the administrator is for the server that you serve the board on will have access to all your data, thats just the nature of the beast.

Anyways...let me know if this is going to be a problem and whether 5pm is ok for you tommorrow evening.
