Need help (Reflashed MDE2)

Could someone please look at this and tell me if I am getting a clean read.

The EEC is a MDE2 out of a 2002 GT. It has been reflashed by Steeda for 3.73 gears and a supercharger. From what I can tell, it doesn't seem like I am getting a clean read.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Sorry hot link to the banks does not work for me. I thought mde2 was a 4 bank system? 0,1,8,9
