Installed all software, but no driver for the TwEECer

Installed, but no driver found.

The drivers are in whatever directory you installed the STKR folder in.You have to plug in the usb and when windows new hardware wizard starts,find and open the STKR folder...and there they are.

I just did this yesterday for my laptop....

Everything I installed is in the stkr folder, so direct it there?

yep..It's in one of the folders.I don't remember which,but it it's labeled "drivers"

The default install folde is:

C:\program files\stkr and there is a subfolder named Driver, that is where all the info (inf files and driver) are located. Browse to that folder when the new hardware wizard comes up. If you went through that and did not cancel, you may have to re-install the driver by going through the hardware manager (device manager).
