lm1 datalogging

Post by TROYR615 » Sun Jan 25, 2009 10:19 am

i have been trying to datalog with an lm-1.i am not sure if i have the correct output on the lm-1 connected to pin 27.i have looked everywhere on this topic?which color wire is it?i connected the white wire to pin 27 & grnd to the eec ground.is that correct?i havent checked them with a voltmeter.also i can datalog from logworks but nothing in binary editor.i have the payload set to 2 and all my voltage settings for afr and tags to afr.should i just run a usb hub adaptor for the twEECer and lm-1 together?lm-1 keeps saying com failure.i know the twEECer is installed b/c i installed a injector template and did see afr change.i am a newbie and sure i have many more ??????????????????thanks for any input

If you have BE you can datalog with the serial port. I could never get my analog to work right, but to find it I plugged the analog directly into the egr harness.

It does not matter which analog wire you use. You just have to know the one you used so you can program it with lmprogrammer.

You can't log with logworks and BE at the same time. Have you checked the box under BE? I have an older version of BE, but it does not come up in the log as AFR. Its all the way on the right side as lc102.

leave it on afr, not 5 volt. You should not be able to do anything to the CH1 box.
