Thermactor present error

Post by cbrown9064 » Sat Mar 14, 2015 7:50 am

I am using Derek's CDAN4 strategy, and when I use a calibration I get an error on Thermactor present. In the base LLX3 it is a yes/no and in the BIN I am working on it is a 1/0. Seems simple enough, but I try to input a 1 or 0 and it errors and says "must be numerical".

What the heck. I tried yes/no, but that gives "must be numerical" also.

Any ideas on how to get this one working?

I got it...a BE to user error (in other words I didn't understand what the program was telling me).

So a "2" was an invalid number. It needed to be either 1 or 0. I thought when I would change it to 1 or 0 the error would go away instantly when looking at the PID. Not the way BE works.

If I changed the value to a 1 or 0, then saved the calibration and reopened it, the error was gone and it was back to a "yes" "no" type of response. I set it to be what I wanted, saved it back again. Reopened and then uploaded to the QH. All is well now...
