I have tried to add rpm at the idle rpm adder for power steering and I've enabled the power steering pressure switch present, but I'm not sure the 92 mustang has an electronic pressure switch on the steering rack.

Re: Idle issue..Crank..starts..stalls
I'm done with this issue, for a month I have had stall free driving. I do have a idle hang issue when the car is warming up but other than that I think I've put this issue to rest. I'll post up what changes I made to get me there.

lol, what did you end up changing? I've had issues with idle stalling on declutch for a while now.

Re: Idle issue..Crank..starts..stalls
Back from the dead, but since this issue started with the addition of my custom KBA2A setup with the stock 302 I have since split that block and have rebuilt with a Dart based all forged 363 with the custom A2A setup. When the new motor went in this spring the same stalling issue resurfaced and I went on the war path again to root it out and have again attained a steady and reliable idle and transition from part throttle. It's rare but the only time now I get a stumble and conk out is when backing out of my gargage and rolling in reverse when I clutch and brake to stop and move forward it want to stall. But all other stalling or conking is gone. The last thing I did that seemed to have the most significant effect on this was idle-ISC adder vs RPM and below is what I changed.

Here is my new Dart KB363 with custom A2A.

Great looking setup! I've yet to intercool my Blowzilla as well, but one of these days. I have also had to mess with the ISC Adder to aid the engine at low RPMs and it's quite effective. Are you running an 8-rib setup by any chance?

Hi Shaker, yes I have an 8 rib setup. ASP custom made 7.5" crank pulley $275, ASP custom 2" KB blower pulley, Stock 93 Cobra water pump pulley and a used 93 Thunderbird SC power steering pulley. I have no smog or A/C.Shaker666 wrote:Great looking setup! I've yet to intercool my Blowzilla as well, but one of these days. If your interested in a custom made A2A KB intake like mine, I made one for Clint Garrity AKA 86GT about 1 year ago and I believe he still has it. He has not used it and may be willing to sell.
